We normally only have a few kinds of requests which include:

  1.  Feature Requests
  2.  Bug Reports
  3.  Issues

If any other requests may occur and you do not know what category to put them in please try to guess the category most fit for your issue.
Once any of your people in the support category that was assigned notice a ticket in the wrong ticket they are automatically put into the right

section by them. Please try to always put your tickets into the right category however to shorten resolution times for tickets overall.
